Korea Music – Gray Paper by Yesung (That Winter, The Wind Blows OST Part 1)

Yet another touching song performed by Yesung (of Super Junior)! The song titled “먹지” (Gray paper) is a new song released in [That Winter, The Wind Blows] drama OST Part 1.  [That Winter, The Wind Blows] drama is penned by famous writer Noh Hee Kyung. The main drama cast include Jo In Sung, Song Hye Kyo, Kim Bum and Jung Eun Ji.

Yesung performed this song at SBS Inkigayo programme today and received many well responses! Let’s enjoy the sentimental and charming vocals of Yesung~!

It has been a long long long time since I have blogged~~!!! Find it refreshing to come back here… the blog world again~ ^^ Thanks everyone for dropping by here~~ I am here once again to share on Seoul International Drama Awards 2012! This grand event will be held on 30th August 2012 in Seoul~~ Many international artistes are expected to grace the highly anticipated awards!

Currently, the voting for 2 open categories titled, “People’s Choice” and “Outstanding Drama Prize” (Including Actor & Actress) are out! You are entitled to cast a vote per day to your favorite actor / actress / drama based on the different regions (Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan)~!! The final winners will be elected based on the highest number of votes. The voting will end on coming 6th August 2012.

Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) 2011 in Singapore

Annyeong~!! It has been a long time since I have last blogged due to busy work~ My sincere apologies~!!

Anyway, I have a very good news to share~ I guessed by now almost all Kpop fans have come to know that Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) 2011 is going to be held in Singapore Indoor Stadium on coming 29 November (Tuesday).

For this year, there will be a number of dazzling stars namely from Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore etc who will be gracing this annual Kpop mega awards event. As up to date (of 19 November 2011), the confirmed Korean artiste attendees (award presenters) are Lee Byung Hun, Song Seung Hun, Go Soo, Song Joong Ki, Park Si Hoo, Ji Sung, Oh Ji Ho, Kim Soo Hyun, Bae Soo-bin, Kim Sung Soo, Kim Hee Sun, Han Chae Young, Han Hyo Joo, Yoon Eun Hye, Kim Min Hee, Nam Gyuri, Park Si Yeon, Kang Sora, Yoon Seung Ah. As for the Korean artiste performers, they include Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, 2NE1, Kim Hyun Joong, Miss A, BEAST, Hyuna. And more to unveil soon~!

Big Bang’s Tae Yang has sang congratulation song for Eugene and Ki Tae Young‘s wedding today.

Tae Yang has attended the wedding ceremony of Eugene and Ki Tae Young at Seoul Central Church and has sang a song to congratulate the newly weds. According to the official from Eugene’s management who attended the wedding, he said, “Eugene’s younger sister and friends sang a song and after that, Tae Young and singer Zion sang the congratulation song together at the wedding ceremony.”, “Tae Young has composed the song lyrics in form of congratulating the newly-wed couple.”.

The official from YG Entertainment said, “As Tae Yang attended the same church with Eugene and Ki Tae Young couple, he has specially composed the song for them.”

Korea Buzz – Eugene and Ki Tae Young Wedding!

Former S.E.S member-turned actress Eugene and actor Ki Tae Young held their marriage today (23rd July) after ending their 1.5 years of dating.

Their marriage ceremony was held privately today at 1pm in Seoul Central Church located at Induk, Gyeonggi-do. The pastor of the church witnessed their wedding, and the host was actor Ryu Seung Ryong.

Many artistes have came to join in their marriage joy today. They include former S.E.S members Bada and Shoo, Se7en and Park Han Byul couple, Jung Joon Ho and Lee Han Jung husband and wife, So Yoo Jin, Jeon In Hwa, Lee Young Ah, Oh Jae Moo, Jeon Mi Seon, Kang Byul, Kim Jeong Min, Byun Woo Min, Lee Hyun Jin, Han Yoo Yi, Seo Ji Hye, Jung Suk Won, Kim Na Un, Seo Ji Young etc.

In the meanwhile, Ki Tae Young and Eugene husband and wife will leave for their 3 weeks honeymoon in Europe on 25th July and their wedding shoot will be taken there as well.

Korea Fashion – So Nyeo Shi Dae at Vogue Girl Korea

So Nyeo Shi Dae’s pictorial taken at Paris have been released via various Korea portal sites. So Nyeo Shi Dae has recently took part in the “SM Town Live World Tour in Paris” performance.

This pictorial is taken after their performance in Paris and has shown the daily life images of each So Nyeo Shi Dae’s member. Each of them has also included their thoughts along with their pictures respectively.

In the meanwhile, So Nyeo Shi Dae’s Paris Travel Note pictorial will be released via the coming August issue of “Vogue Girl”.

Korea Music – 2NE1 First Ticketed Concert in August 2011

Rejoice all 2NE1 supporters~! ^^

Their first ticketed concert in Seoul will be open for its first sales on 28 July at 8pm (KRT) via Gmarket online. According to the concert organizer, they have added on another concert session on August 26th (Friday) at 8pm.

2NE1 first ticketed concert will be held respectively on August 26th (Friday) at 8pm, August 27th (Saturday) at 6pm and August 28th (Sunday) at 7pm. So, do not miss this chance to watch 2NE1 live in their first open concert! ^^

The special guests for their concert will be G-Dragon and Park Myeong Soo (GG). Catch their special on-stage duet performance! ^^

Korean Drama – “Princess Hwapyeong Weight Loss Story”

KBS2 new upcoming special drama single series “Princess Hwapyeong (Peace) Weight Loss Story” held their press conference today (23rd June 2011) at a cafe located at Yeouido, Seoul. The main cast including Eugene, Ryu Seung Soo, Han Yoo Yi and Choi Dae Cheol attended the press conference together with the drama director, Song Hyun Ok. Eugene took on the role of “Princesss Hwapyeong” who has everything good except a flaw which is her obesity problem. Ryu Seung Soo took on the role as her personal trainer to help her reduce her excessive weight inside the drama.

Ahead of her marriage on 23rd July, Eugene has expressed at the press conference, “While preparing for the role, the makeup takes around 4 hours and this has brought me skin problem along.”, “I have to emphasis on skin care before the marriage.” She added on, “Nevertheless, I have really enjoyed the overall filming of the drama.”

“Princess Hwapyeong (Peace) Weight Loss Story“ is set to air on coming 26th June at 11:15pm via KBS2TV.
